RENTAL TERMS

Terms & Conditions

By booking with Move Easy Box Rentals ("Move Easy"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT

All moving boxes, dollies, labels, and other rental equipment remain the property of Move Easy Box Rentals at all times.

​

2. RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date agreed upon at the time of booking.

If additional rental time is required, customers must contact Move Easy before the scheduled pickup date. Additional rental fees may apply.

3. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery location is accessible.

  • All rental equipment is available, empty, and ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date.

  • Equipment is located in a safe and accessible area for collection.

Additional service fees may apply if a delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to customer circumstances.

 

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Move Easy.

Customers agree to:

  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose.

  • Keep equipment in reasonable condition.

  • Protect equipment from theft, loss, damage, or misuse.

  • Not alter, paint, permanently mark, or modify equipment.

 

5. LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

Customers may be charged replacement or repair costs for equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

6. LATE RETURNS

Equipment not available for pickup on the scheduled date may be subject to additional rental charges.

 

7. PAYMENT

Payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise agreed by Move Easy.

Move Easy reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

 

8. CANCELLATIONS

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Move Easy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

 

9. LIMITTION OF LIABILITY

Move Easy Box Rentals is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from improper use of rental equipment.

  • Injury resulting from misuse of rental equipment.

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers assume responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment.

 

10. PRIVACY

Information collected during the booking process will only be used to provide rental services, process payments, and communicate regarding your booking.

Customer information will not be sold to third parties.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting a booking request, making payment, or accepting delivery of rental equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
